Duo Invictus – Reizen in de Tijd

Het duo Invictus bestaat uit twee jonge Portugese musici die, vanuit de grote klassieke geleerden, een nieuw perspectief willen geven van wat in de partituur geschreven is. “Reizen in de Tijd”, het thema gekozen voor de presentatie van dit concert, biedt een andere kijk op de manier om werkstukken te verbinden, betekenis en eenheid aan de luisteraars gevend en hen in een reis door de tijd en ruimte nemend, van de Barok tot aan de Hedendaagse Muziek, door verschillende Europese landen.

The duo Invictus consists is formed by two young Portuguese musicians who aspire, from the great classics scholars, to give a new perspective of what is written in the music sheets. “Travels in Time”, the theme chosen for the presentation of this concert, offers a different view in the way to connect the works, giving meaning and unity to the listeners and leading them in a trip through time and pace, from the Baroque to the Contemporary Music, through various European countries.

O duo Invictus é constituido por dois jovens músicos portugueses que ambicionam dar a conhecer, a partir dos grandes clássicos eruditos, uma nova perspetiva daquilo que está escrito na partitura. “Viagem no Tempo”, o tema escolhido para a apresentação deste concerto, proporciona uma visão diferente na maneira de interligar as obras, dando um sentido e uma unidade aos ouvintes e levando-os numa viagem espacial e temporal, desde o estilo Barroco ao Contemporâneo, por diversos paises europeus.
